The Cowell's have worked on and repaired hundred’s of septic systems and have worked closely with many area Health and Building Departments and are knowledgeable in all applicable codes and technologies to make sure your project is completed smoothly and on-time.
Cowell Excavating is a family business started in 1963 by Rick’s father. As a child Rick worked closely with his father helping with excavating and installing septic systems. In 1980, Rick Cowell started working in the family business full time.
